Complete payment
Once approved, pay your one-off membership fee ($249 for Member, $499 for Partner). Your benefits activate immediately.

The Founding Clients initiative is designed to reward active users of our services. The maths works in your favour when you genuinely use electrical services more than once or twice a year. We would rather tell you up front than take your money if it does not fit.

Homeowners investing in their property
You plan to stay in your home or maintain it as a long-term asset. Two or more electrical touches a year is normal for you: maintenance, upgrades, smart home, EV charging, lighting, or renovations.
Property managers and landlords
You manage rentals or multiple properties and need Healthy Homes compliance, reliable response times, and a clean record of electrical work on every address for insurance and handover.
Commercial operators
Retail, hospitality, office, or small industrial. You need predictable after-hours access, a dedicated contact, and compliance documentation that stays organised across your sites.
People who value documentation
You want a proper record of what has been done to your property. You appreciate photos, certificates, and forward-looking recommendations rather than a paper receipt and a handshake.
Who this isn't for
One-off callers
If you only expect to need an electrician once every few years for a small job, pay per-job. You do not need to lock in a membership to get our standard service.
Rate shoppers
If the lowest possible hourly rate is your only measure of value, we are not the cheapest option in Auckland. We compete on efficiency, documentation, and stewardship, not price alone.
Properties outside our zones
We currently operate in Central Auckland, North Shore, and West Auckland. If you are outside these zones, the clustering advantage does not apply and the pricing logic breaks down.
Anyone who wants to cut corners
Every Velden job is done to NZ compliance standards with a Certificate of Compliance and a Property Electrical Profile update. If you are looking for unconsented or undocumented work, we are the wrong partner.
